Our Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods, or have any other complaint about them, return the footwear to us for an exchange, refund or replacement. Goods must be returned within 21 days of despatch of order.
If your goods prove to be faulty we will provide an exchange of full refund if:
- The goods have not been used.
- The goods are returned to us within 21 days of despatch of order.
- Proof of purchase can be provided
We will issue the refund, including any postage you have paid or incurred returning the product to us, as soon as possible and at the latest, within 30 days of agreeing to give a refund.
Feet Fairies is governed by and complies with UK law - details of these laws can be found at the website of the Office of Fair Trading and the Department of Trade and Industry.
We will correct any mistakes on bills, receipts and payments as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
Feet Fairies will not accept responsibility for any items that are delayed or missing should customers wish to use the standard delivery option.
